"Qs 4 - Room very good, plenty of space and kept very clean, but location poor. In a warehouse and run down area of Boston which was not indicated on the web-site. Did not feel comfortable walking to the 'local' subway stops, very busy roads with trucks etc and unsavoury people around there. As a result we, and most others, felt compelled to use the courtesy mini bus, but see below for comments on this. Qs 5 - Courtesy minibus a problem, had to wait @ 25 minutes 1 night at 1 of the subway stops, with a near fight going on with a couple of the characters mentioned above! They nearly always seemed to say it would be 10 minutes until it went, but this became 40 minutes 1 day. Some of drivers driving skills were questionable. Some drivers were however good. The bus itself was not well designed, very difficult to get into the 2 back rows of seats. We had phoned from our previous hotel to check whether there was a guest laundry and they gave incorrect information. Overall, room good, location poor. Budget to use taxi if stay here."

"The suits are very large. On our previous stay last December we had our daughter, her husband and their two sons with us in a suite and all six of us were quite ccomfortable."

This AAA Three-Diamond, completely round Best Western is located approximately four miles from Logan International Airport. Shuttle service is available to Logan International, Copley Square, Boston Medical Center, Fenway Park, Longwood Medical Center, Boston Symphony Hall, T-subway stations, and Northeastern University.

Guests can enjoy the fitness center, fresh baked afternoon cookies in the lobby, and complimentary continental breakfast. The all-suite hotel, which was built in the 1800s as a gas tank, also offers laundry facilities, dry cleaning, children's activities, safe deposit boxes, ice and vending machines, free weekday newspapers, free parking, and free local calls. Children 17 and under stay free.
