"Despite my informing the hotel re the time of my arrival & flight nom + details,they made no effort to let me know that I had to RING them only when I arrived.Consequently, I waited more than an hour to be picked up which I did not appreciate.Communication by the desk staff was very poor.It was difficult to get to the centre of town as transport was infrequent & one had to book in advance.It should run more frequently in the mornings. J.Colbourne"
